This is a plain-language summary of how we handle the information you send us. It is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by a qualified advisor before being relied on as a binding legal document.
01Who we are
This site, acs-data.com, is operated by ACS — Abovyans Consulting Services (Mikhail Abovyan), based in Yerevan, Armenia. For any question about your data, contact hello@acs-data.com.
02What we collect & why
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form or by writing to us directly:
- Name and, optionally, your company / industry;
- a contact you provide (email, Telegram or phone);
- the topics you select and any message you write.
We use this solely to reply to your request, prepare the free review and stay in touch about your task. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
03How the form works
The contact form is delivered to our inbox through a third-party form service (Web3Forms), which transmits your submission to hello@acs-data.com. The site itself stores no database of submissions. The site is hosted on a static CDN; standard server logs may record technical data such as IP address and browser for security and reliability.
04Retention
We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
05Your data, your side
For a project, the data model and all business data live inside your own infrastructure — not in our cloud. For the initial review, anonymized exports are enough; no system access is required at that stage. We sign an NDA on request.
06Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@acs-data.com and we'll handle it.
07Cookies
This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Any storage is limited to what's strictly needed for the page to function.
